Come experience the freedom and adventure of sailing in the remote areas of the world!

Whether you want to learn the ins and outs of sailing, explore the remote cultures of the world or just enjoy the daily workings of life aboard, we are the inexpensive ticket to your adventure.

What are the costs and accommodations? Email for current rates. Enjoy the privacy of your spacious queen cabin with in-suite bath with meals.  So why do we offer this experience so darn cheep?  Well, after five years of cruising we feel we should share this wonderful opportunity with others as not too many people in this world are going to drop everything and take their family on a boat to the remote areas of the world!  We have been called crazy and gutsy, but always we have been praised for the experience we are sharing with our children - why not expand to sharing it with you?  You are the experience-we don't wait on you hand and foot with cocktails at sunset.  You may help prepare the meals, help catch the fish, help determine the anchorage and even help change the oil if you are so inclined!

This boat is not for the foo foo but we won't be asking you to scrub the galley floors either!  What does a typical day look like?  Breakfast of fresh raisin bread or muffins as well as hot coffee or tea comes around 8:30 after which the children begin their schoolwork.  Ten or eleven brings a dive or snorkel for Jim and me (and guests!) before lunch.  After answering school questions we might explore a pearl farm, go spear fishing for dinner, spend time with the locals or take a long walk on the beach before dinner preparation.  A leisurely meal is followed by cleanup and a movie or a good book.  Of course star watching, night dives and crabbing can not be overlooked as some of our favorite night pastimes!  Can you have time alone?  This is your experience - if you want to be dropped off on a deserted island for 4 days we will help you prepare the food and lend you our spear-guns!  Other than compromising the safety of our passengers we will help you go for it!  Send us an e-mail and we will be glad to answer you questions.  Hope to see you soon!!  svladystarlight@hotmail.com
