Scalloping off of Motiti Island

We have been very busy for the past 3 weeks. Lots of kid boats here in Tauranga Bridge Marina as well as many very nice adults on these kid boats-good cocktail parties and great BMXing as well as surfing for the kids. Now we head out for our second trip to the island 2 hours off shore to limit out on scallops. They sit in the sand at about 60 feet waiting to be plucked from the sea and line our tummies. Our now good friends from the boat Dulous are with us as Steven loves seafood and Christine is allergic to it. James Stevens 15 year old son came also for the adventure.
